PARKING

Free Parking is available on the High Street for up to 2 hours.  Rams Head – up to 1 hour free of charge, longer than 1 hour pay at machine.
The Community Centre also has parking available for up to 3 hours. 

TIMINGS

Please arrive on time for your appointment. 
If you are late for an appointment we will do our best to still carry out the full treatment however this is not always possible if we have another appointment straight after.  In this case your treatment time will be reduced accordingly but still charged at full price. 
We always aim to be ready for you when you arrive however on occasion timings can slip, in this event please be assured you will still receive your full treatment. 

BOOKING

Advanced booking is always recommended especially for evening appointments.  Our online booking system enables you to book up to 3 months in advance as well as cancel/rearrange your own appointments up to 48 hours in advance. 

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

No shows and last minute cancellations have a detrimental effect on a small business like ours. If you are not able to attend please ensure you reschedule or cancel no later than 48 hours before your appointment.

At very busy times we may require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
